Use the same dates, number of guests and room arrangement for each quote. Check whether breakfast, taxes and any service charges are included. A price for one person isn't comparable with a room for two.

Add the costs outside the room
Include transfers from your actual arrival point, likely meals and any paid activities you consider essential. Ask about the route from the room to the beach and facilities you'll use during the day.
A property described as coastal may still require a separate journey to the shore you want.
Read the change terms before paying
Confirm the deposit, cancellation deadline, check-in and checkout arrangements. If your arrival depends on another journey, ask how a delay is handled.
Use the beach catalogue to choose an area, then obtain quotes directly from the properties or an authorised booking channel. Keep a copy of the accepted terms. Choose the stay with the best total fit, not simply the smallest number shown beside a room photograph.
