A few things to know
Is Premium Plus a fee for each trip?
No. GHS 999 covers one 30-day personal planning period, beginning when your planner is assigned. You can use your four included plans for any outing type: a day out, a weekend, a family outing or a longer holiday. One plan is worked on at a time.
Does my trip have to happen within those 30 days?
No. Your travel dates can be later. The 30 days cover consultation, research, plan delivery and revisions. You keep the completed itinerary after the service period ends.
What counts as one personalised plan?
One agreed itinerary for an outing or trip. Adjustments to that itinerary stay within the same plan. Each separate outing uses another of your four included plans. Your planner agrees the destinations, dates and requirements with you before research starts.
Who pays for accommodation and activities?
You pay hotels, activity providers and transport operators directly. The Outxie fee covers planning support, not your travel costs. Your planner suggests options and booking links; availability and provider prices must be confirmed when you book.
Will my planner make bookings for me?
The planned service covers research, recommendations and guidance. You approve the choices and complete bookings with providers. Outxie does not hold your trip budget or request your card details or payment codes.
What happens when my membership ends?
You keep access to your completed plans. Paid planning tools and Outxie agent support end with the applicable membership period. Premium Plus includes Premium app access for the same 30 days.
Can I subscribe today?
Paid memberships are coming soon. You can use the current planner for free now. Checkout, renewal and cancellation terms will be available before any paid membership starts.
