Share an outing plan without private booking details

Give guests the meeting point and schedule while keeping identity documents, payment records and sensitive notes out of shared links.

Share what guests need to act

Include the date, meeting point, activity order, expected cost and organiser contact with permission. Add useful arrival instructions and a clear return arrangement.

Leave out passport details, card information, payment screenshots and personal medical notes. Those don't belong in a broadly shared itinerary.

Keep confirmations in a private place

The organiser can hold receipts and booking references separately. Share a reference with a guest only when they need it to access the service. Treat a plan link as something recipients may forward.

If a provider needs sensitive information, use its appropriate direct channel rather than putting it in group notes.

Check the version before sending

Read the plan as a guest: can you find the meeting time, location and what to bring? Remove old alternatives that might confuse the final instruction.

Use the planner to organise the outing, and review the privacy information for how Outxie handles data. Sharing a plan communicates your arrangements; it doesn't make bookings with the listed venues.

Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
