Turn a long wishlist into three workable stops

Reduce an outing wishlist by choosing one priority, one supporting stop and one optional extra that fit the same route.

Choose the reason for the day

Ask which single visit would make the outing worthwhile. Mark it as the priority. If the group gives several answers, decide whether you need separate trips rather than a compromise that satisfies nobody.

Keep the chosen activity's booking and time needs visible.

Add one supporting stop

Choose a meal, short walk or nearby visit that complements the main activity. Check actual locations before calling it nearby. Avoid backtracking just to include another famous place.

A rest can be the supporting stop. The itinerary doesn't need three paid attractions to feel complete.

Keep the third stop optional

Add one extra only if there is still room after transport and breaks. Decide in advance when it will be dropped. Don't take a non-refundable booking for something you're treating as optional.

Use Explore to save ideas, then move only the workable selection into your plan. A wishlist can remain long while the day's schedule stays short.

Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
