Ask about the route before booking a waterfall visit

Check steps, terrain, duration and current conditions before choosing a waterfall outing for your group.

Name the exact walk

Ask which route the visit includes and where it finishes. A waterfall may have more than one approach or viewing point. Don't assume every package described with the same place name involves the same walk.

Request an estimate for your group's pace, including stops, rather than the fastest possible return.

Describe what the group needs

Ask about steps, uneven ground and places to rest. Explain relevant mobility requirements privately and let the guide assess the route. If someone doesn't want a longer climb, establish a suitable alternative before arrival.

Check what footwear and equipment the operator recommends for the conditions.

Keep the waterfall visit separate from swimming

Do not assume water access is permitted or suitable because people appear in a photograph. Follow site instructions and treat entering the water as a separate decision requiring current local guidance.

Save Wli Waterfalls or your chosen site, then record the confirmed route in the plan. Leave the next booking flexible so the group isn't pressured to hurry on the return.

Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
