Premium Plus

Someone to think it
through with you.

Thirty days with an Outxie planner. A conversation to start, four itineraries researched around your preferences, and everything kept in the planner you already use.

Self-service payment is being set up. Writing in is how a period starts today.

Why it is worth it

The planning is the part that takes the evening.

Choosing somewhere to go is the easy half. What takes the time is everything after it: which stops fit in one day, what each one costs, how long the drive is between them, and whether the whole group will actually enjoy it. That is the half Premium Plus takes off you.

  1. 01

    It starts with a conversation

Thirty minutes with the person who will do the work. Their questions are what surface the things you would not have thought to write down: who is coming, how far anyone is willing to walk, whether the day needs to end early, what you would rather avoid.

  2. 02

    Your preferences carry forward

You say them once. Plan two starts ahead of plan one, and by the third or fourth it reads like something a friend who knows you put together, because that is roughly what has happened.

  3. 03

The research is done for you

Which places fit together, what each one costs, how long the drive takes between stops, and where to stay if the outing runs over a day. This is the part that usually takes an evening of open tabs, and it arrives already done.

  4. 04

It lands in your own planner

Your plan arrives in the same planner as a free one. You can reorder the stops, add somewhere you already like, and send one link to the group. It is not a document you have to copy out.

  5. 05

    You keep everything afterwards

When the thirty days end, your plans, your messages and your history stay where they are. Completed plans are kept and do not count against anything.

  6. 06

    One payment. Nothing renews.

The fee covers thirty days and that is the end of it. There is no subscription and no charge at the end of the month, so there is nothing to remember to cancel.

How to use it

From a first message to a plan you take.

  1. 1

    Ask for it

Write to plan@outxie.com and say roughly what you have in mind. Self-service payment is being set up, so this is how a period starts today: a person reads it, answers, and activates your thirty days.

  2. 2

    Your thirty days begin

The period starts when it is activated and a planner is assigned to you. You will see their name in your planning space, and they are the person you will be talking to from then on.

  3. 3

    Book the consultation

Open My personal planning and choose a date, a time and how you would like to talk. Thirty minutes is the slot. Nothing else is needed from you beforehand, and coming with half-formed ideas is fine.

  4. 4

    Send your first request

One outing at a time. Describe it the way you would describe it to a friend, and your planner does the reading, the pricing and the ordering from there.

  5. 5

Read the draft and answer back

You will get an itinerary to look over before anything is final. Say what is wrong with it. Swapping a stop or reshuffling a day is a revision and does not use up one of your four plans.

  6. 6

    Approve it

When it reads right, approve it. The approved plan is published into your saved plans, where it behaves like any other plan you have made: editable, offline, and shareable as one link.

  7. 7

    Keep talking

Messages stay open for the whole thirty days, so a question in the middle of a plan does not need a new request.

  8. 8

    After the month

Your plans, messages and history remain yours. If you want another month later, you start a new period.

The details

What the month actually includes.

Four plans per thirty days

A plan is one outing, worked through from brief to approved itinerary. A birthday by the coast, a family weekend and a longer holiday are three plans.

One request at a time

Your planner works on a single request at a time so it gets their attention. Others can sit in the queue behind it.

Cancel early and the plan returns

A request cancelled before drafting starts puts that plan back in your allowance.

The outing can be later than the month

The thirty days is your service period, not the date of the outing. Plan in October for a trip in December.

Your planner is a person

Not a form and not an automated reply. You will know their name, and they are the same person for the whole period.

What it is not, said plainly.

The quickest way to be disappointed by a service is to expect something it never offered. These are the four that come up most.

  • Outxie does not book, reserve or hold funds. You book directly with providers and pay them, and prices in a plan are what to expect rather than a quote.
  • It is not unlimited. Four plans in thirty days, one being worked on at a time.
  • It is not needed for a single good day out. The free planner covers that well, and Premium covers several plans at once.
  • It is not a guide on the ground. Nobody meets you there, and the plan is advice to act on rather than a tour.

Tell us roughly what you are planning. If Premium Plus is not the right fit, that is worth knowing before either of us spends a month on it, and it costs you nothing to ask.
