Run a decision instead of a group chat
Start one from the outing you are already planning, from a place page, or from Deciding with friends on the You page. Give the card a question and two to four answers people can actually choose between.
Say how many people are deciding. Two or more means the group you are part of, and your own vote counts with everyone else's. One means you are asking a single person's opinion, and your vote is not counted at all, because one answer is the decision.
Then choose how strict it is. Everyone agrees waits for the whole group. Enough people agree lets you set a number. Results can appear as each person votes, or only once everybody has voted. Anonymous voting hides names and keeps the counts. Friends can add cards lets the group add a question of their own at the end.
A decision can also close itself, tonight or tomorrow night or at the weekend, so nobody has to remember. One decision runs per plan at a time. If you start another on the same plan, you get the decision that already exists rather than a second one.
Send the link wherever your friends already talk. They open it, add a name, and vote. There is nothing for them to install, and you do not need their phone numbers.
Answer a decision someone sent you
Open the link and add the name your group will recognise. Answer every card.
A yes or no card answers by swipe. Swipe right for the first answer and left for the second, and the answer follows your thumb so you can see what you are picking before you let go. Cards with three or more answers are tap and lock, because a left or right swipe across three choices is a coin toss you cannot see.
Every vote locks. There is no undo, so read the card before you commit. Once you have answered them all, you may be offered a card of your own if the person who started the decision allows it. Keep it to a question and two to four answers. A card you add carries no photograph and no price, since those are claims about places rather than about your group.
You may not see the count straight away. That is the decision working as its creator set it, and it appears for everybody at the same moment.
Book a consultation when you want a planner
The consultation comes with Premium Plus. Open Workspace on the You page in the app, or My personal planning on the website.
Pick a day, then a time. It is a thirty-minute video call with the planner assigned to you, booked in your own time zone from times that are free in their calendar, so you are never offered a moment they are already busy. The earliest time is two hours away, which leaves room to prepare for the call. Later dates page forward a fortnight at a time and the calendar stays open for four months.
The join link sits on the booking, from the moment it is made. Your planner's room is used, so there is nothing for you to set up. If the time stops working, move the call and the new time replaces the old one.
Write what you would like to cover when you book, or leave it blank and say it on the call. Half-formed ideas are fine. Premium Plus covers four personalised plans in each thirty-day period, one request at a time, and revisions to a plan do not use another one.
Watch your Ghana passport fill in
Your passport lives under Regions, at the top of the You page. It draws sixteen rings, one for each region of Ghana, and a count of the ones that are stamped. The line underneath tells you how many are left.
There is nothing to save and nothing to keep up to date. The passport is worked out each time you open it, so it cannot fall out of step with your account. Ring names are the regions themselves, from Greater Accra to the Upper West, and the catalogue uses the same sixteen everywhere it talks about where a place is.
Tap Regions to open it. The sheet is also where the ring for each region is drawn, so you can see at a glance which parts of the country you have covered and which are still open.
Catch your Wrapped before it closes
Wrapped is the monthly recap of your outings, and it is a window rather than a page. The card on the You page counts down to it. It opens on the 29th at midnight in Ghana and stays open for twenty-four hours. In February it opens on the last day of the month.
Open it during that window and download it if you want to keep it. When the window closes, that recap is permanently deleted, whether you looked at it or not. Nothing brings it back next month and there is no copy waiting in your account.
Your plans and your original photographs are not part of that deletion. They stay where they are, and the outings you made are still yours to open. It is only the recap that goes.
Wrapped is included with Premium and Premium Plus. It appears on the You page under your notebook, alongside Workspace, so both are one tap from the page you are already on.
Rules, fees and opening hours change. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.
